Well, it has been a nice month’s summer vacation. We get three of those a year at the college where I work: one in December, on in April and May, and one in August, each between the three semesters we squeeze into a school year. The vacation allowed me to do a lot of work on this blog, and help set up xpat.org, which will be inaugurated on September 11th (I’ve started working on the opening piece for the blog).
