Via Andrew Sullivan, an absolutely hilarious and spot-on editorial cartoon from Spain:

Pretty much sums it up, doesn’t it?

My inner obsessive-compulsive compels me to point out that the link does not point to the same cartoon as the one shown.

Hard to think anyone would care about that besides me, but just in case …

Good thing you copied and hosted the image yourself, though — it’s hilarious!

Hillary needs superdelegates to favor her approx 2:1 to win.

Superdelegates want the party united before the convention, to increase the probability of beating McCain.

Therefore, if they see the 2:1 is not going to happen, they’ll tell Hillary it is not going to happen, in order to wrap this up.

In other words, the whole thing is going to crash down on her head soon, I think.

Brendan: you’re right. Looks like the link is to the artist’s spot in the online newspaper… but there’s no archive link I can find, so I can’t link to the original.

    Luis:

I should have noted the first time around that andsul’s link suffered the same problem.

I hate web sites with unnavigable archives.
