Sure, popcorn shrimp sounds good… but then you buy the dollar-pocket of convenience store seafood and begin regretting it.

uh-oh seems you’ve finally hit that age when you start forgetting things . . .
The good news is that 48 is only 30 in hexadecimal.
I blame my blog software. It showed the post as unpublished, as it sometimes does, so I thought it was one of my “reserve” posts, made when I created too many posts for one day and so kept it for later publishing. The text varies as I check and edit reserve posts before putting them up. In any case, I deleted the previous one.
What really shows either a lack of memory–or, at least, a lack of self-control–is that my “retirement” from blogging now consists of daily posts again. Talk about a monkey on your back!

would it kill them to spell “Popcorn Shrimp” in romaji? Granted, we don’t spell our loan words in native kana, but we don’t have 30,000+ loan words, either.
