Like calling Michigan voters masquerading as a Kerry caller urging voters to support John Kerry if they support gay marriage (Kerry has voiced opposition to gay marriage). Or Bush administration reports on how they are “really close” to catching bin Laden. Or Florida State and Florida A&M university students who “signed petitions to legalize medicinal marijuana or impose stiffer penalties for child molesters, unknowingly had their party registration switched to Republican and their addresses changed.” So now they’re counted in records as the GOP faithful and their addresses are incorrect, fueling the GOP list of people to challenge with affidavits at the polls (a trick also done in Pennsylvania), while fliers have been found in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and other states urging minority voters to vote on November 3 or 4, claiming draconian ID requirements and telling them that they will be arrested at the polls if they have parking tickets or other infractions on their records.
Not surprisingly, almost all the dirty tricks reported are Republican in origin.
I think that you are not seeing all sides. What you are not hearing about are the Democrats wrongdoing which far exceed the Republican. Tire slashing by democrats, Mary Poppins, Dick Tracey and Pinnochio registering to vote. Paying off people with crack to register these fictitional characters. What about the thousands of letters that got returned as deceased, no such address. These people were on the rolls and someone was expecting to cast a vote in their name. Get educated on what’s going on and look at both sides. I am from Massachusetts and have been a Democrat for 24 years. I switched to unenrolled six months ago because I could see that the party that I have been affiliated with was the party of corruption and deceit. It took me that long to start looking beyond the talking points and rhetoric and research the FACTS. I THINK, therefore, I left the party. Bush is the ONLY way to go if you do your homework and not let the Parties do it for you.

Like to hear about the phone lines for Democratic offices being intentionally cut, the dozens of different types of fliers being sent out everywhere, even today, encouraging Democrats to vote on Wednesday, so forth and so on? If it were voter fraud, they would not be registering fictional characters, which will obviously be thrown out; a real attempt at fraud would register a real-sounding person at a real address. That’s people who are paid to register people, paid per registration, trying to get more money–and they are both Democratic and Republican. The story about crack being paid is a fictionalization by the GOP, and even if it were not, it would not matter because it would still not change the fact that such registrations would never result in a fraudulent vote. What about the thousands of letters that got returned as deceased, no such address. A letter cannot get “returned as deceased.” The “no such address” list includes Republicans as well. In fact, out of 27,000 people who were double-registered in Florida and Ohio, more of them were Republicans than Democrats!
Your command of “THE FACTS” is laughable, my friend, not to mention unsubstantiated and without citation or reference. You obviously get your “FACTS” straight from the Republican party smear machine. I am not in the least impressed.
