A Goofy President? Or a Sinister Canine Plot?

It has recently come to my attention that some goings-on with Bush might not be the result of a bad president, but rather a sinister conspiracy. Witness the photo below, where Bush dropped his dog Barney:
All good and well… who doesn’t drop a dog onto the tarmac now and then? But look at this shocking photo of Bush falling off his self-balancing Segway scooter:
Look carefully behind the Segway. Who is there, but…. BARNEY!!!
Did Bush really fall? Or was he pushed???
Maybe we’re on to something here… Did Barney remove the WMD from Iraq? Did he slip a Killer Pretzel into the bowl? Or is he using doggy mind-control to make Bush speak funny? What else can we blame on Barney? Let’s hear it, folks!
